Over(h)eerlijk vlees van koeien die op één en dezelfde familiale boerderij in uwomgeving geboren en gekoesterd worden.

	
	
De boeren van de lokale landbouwbedrijven, zonder industrieel karakter, zijn ergtrots op wat ze doen. De dieren zijn geboren, opgegroeid en hebben gegraasd op weides van één enhetzelfde rundveebedrijf.
